  INTRODUCTORY ASSESSMENT OF MR. ALFREDO RUBIO TERIYAKI MADNESS GARNER NC:   The following is a detailed account of my experience with Mr Alfredo Rubio of Teriyaki Madness located at 160 Shenstone Blvd, Garner, NC 27529.   Also there is link at the bottom of this review to a video recording of a brief portion of this encounter, so you can see for yourself how this individual   behaves and conducts himself as a so called business professional. Before getting into the details I’ll go ahead and give you my assessment of this individual. Based on my observation and experience he is unprofessional and has no clue how to provide quality customer service, nor does he know how to properly treat his customers when issues arise.   I feel this is an individual who has been a Chef for many years, and he just recently moved into the arena of owning his own restaurant, hence the unprofessional nature in dealing with customers.
